New Client Scheduling Fee

At Premier Pet Care, every appointment time is reserved especially for you and your pet.

To help us keep our schedule open for pets who need care and to reduce missed appointments, we require a $75 scheduling fee when booking a new client’s first visit.
This fee is applied directly toward the cost of your first exam—it’s not an extra charge.
If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and your fee will move with your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will forfeit the fee.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to keeping your pet’s care on schedule.
